Placeholder text. Harbor Ops will replace this page with its final terms of service before launch. Details in highlighted [brackets] are still to be confirmed.

1. About these terms

These terms cover your organisation’s use of Harbor Ops, provided by [company name]. By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to them on your organisation’s behalf.

2. Your workspace

Each organisation gets its own workspace. You decide who to invite, and you’re responsible for keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

3. Plans and payment

Harbor Ops is charged per workspace, every month: £100 a month, or £150 a month for Enterprise [VAT treatment to confirm]. Plans renew each month until you cancel.

4. Your data

Your data stays yours. We only use it to provide Harbor Ops, as our privacy policy and [data processing agreement] describe. You can ask us for a copy at any time.

5. Using Harbor Ops fairly

Don’t use Harbor Ops for anything unlawful, to store data you don’t have the right to use, or to try to break into, copy or overload the service.

6. Support and availability

Our help desk is available 24/7. We work to keep Harbor Ops running at all times, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted, for example during planned maintenance.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to [the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim].

8. Ending your subscription

You can cancel at any time, and your plan runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for. [Notice period and how data is returned to confirm].

9. Changes to these terms

We’ll give you at least [30 days’] notice of any important change.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can settle any dispute.
